All items are final sale.

If you receive a defective item:

• Contact us at rookieoftheyear.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

*Any refund will be done in the form of store credits.*

Orders ship from Canada. Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or our shipping fees. If a package is refused at customs or refused at delivery and returned to Rookie Of The Year, the customer will be responsible for the original return shipping cost, any non-refundable customs fees charged by the carrier, and a restocking fee of 10%. These charges will be deducted from any refund issued. If you prefer not to accept these charges, please cancel your order prior to shipment.
